Privacy notice
StorefrontOK collects only the information needed to run and improve the public beta. It does not use advertising trackers.
What we collect
- The public store hostname, whether a store or product address was submitted, scan time, duration, result and check statuses.
- Random first-party browser and session identifiers used for beta measurement and fair-use limits.
- An email address only when you choose to request trial updates or a reply to a report, together with your consent.
- The report text and category you submit when reporting a problem.
What we do not keep
Storefront passwords are used only to unlock an authorized, isolated scan and are cleared immediately. They are not logged or stored. Scan screenshots are returned to your browser as temporary evidence and are not saved in the StorefrontOK database. We do not submit orders, payment details or customer details.
Why we use the data
We use it to deliver scans, prevent abuse, investigate reports, measure reliability and decide whether the monitoring product should be built. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
- Anonymous page-view events: up to 90 days.
- Scan results and associated support reports: up to 180 days.
- Founding-access interest and consent records: up to 365 days.
Service providers and processing
StorefrontOK runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes requests and stores beta records on our behalf under its service terms. Network and service data can be processed outside your country.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information linked to your email, or withdraw future-contact consent, by emailing support@storefrontok.com. Include the scan reference when your request concerns a scan.
